Fersa Sanitarios, a Fersa Group company, is the largest company in Spain specializing in the sale and rental of ecological portable toilets, having achieved a more than notable international presence beginning of 2004, we have clearly committed ourselves to internationalization as a very important part of our company, and today it is one of our pillars.Likewise, the diversification of activities made us consolidate Grupo Fersa, which is the parent company that incorporates the different companies of the Group.We are currently in sectors as diverse as food (between 2013 and 2014 we exported more than 800 containers to Middle Eastern countries), rental of industrial vehicles (with a fleet of over 50 vehicles), manufacture and sale of industrialized construction ( we export to South America and Africa), promotion and construction (with the development of two different urbanizations in Brazil and a total of 342 homes), a company in the multiservice sector (where we are the exclusive providers of different financial entities for the maintenance of their properties) and Of course, our lines of ecological portable toilets by Fersa Sanitarios and our luxury line Fersaluxe.This year we have started our expansion process by opening franchises, opening our first offices in Huelva and Ciudad Real.We are currently studying the opening of three other franchises in different locations.Fersa Sanitarios is undoubtedly the leading company at a national level in our sector, supported by its sister company Fersaluxe.It has a staff of 42 stable employees and can grow to 54/55 during the summer season.We have permanent installations in 12 different points of the Spanish geography.We also have offices in Portugal, Morocco, Angola and Dubai.Regarding the occupancy percentages, it must be taken into account that this is a highly seasonal sector, which is why it varies from 32 to 93% depending on the period of the year.Regarding our turnover, it is a figure that we do not like to give, but I can tell you in advance that we have had a growth of just over 20% in 2014.Fersa Sanitarios does not manufacture, but rather implements the latest international developments in the world of portable toilets.We work with almost all the manufacturing companies in the world, that is, selecting only high quality products.Now we work a lot with PolyPortables, as they have managed to put a portable toilet on the market that is 20% larger than European toilets.On the contrary, Fersaluxe is the manufacturer of all its units, which are made in our own facilities and which we are currently also exporting abroad.As we mentioned before, everything depends on the time of year, since the events suppose a highly seasonal demand in the summer season.It is also true that our international development is helping us to overcome these drawbacks.In addition, our growth in new market niches (agriculture, golf courses, industry...) is allowing us to overcome the drop in the construction market.Without a doubt, its growth is a reality, especially since last September.Since then it has been consolidating clearly and in the long term.It is true that the duration has changed and now we work in shorter periods, but we are already having considerable movement.Not at all.The only thing that they are aware of, both the administrations and the majority of the private sector, is the price.Unfortunately we still find ourselves in a situation where the price supposes, in many of the Administration's contracts, a weighting of 70 to 90% of the score.In the private sector it is perhaps a little less, but very, very little.In this aspect we still have a long way to go, both in the installation of the necessary units and in the price with which we would have to work.Without a doubt, it is one of our spearheads, perhaps not because of its volume, which is also growing considerably in demand for this new season, but rather because of the quality of both the product and the service provided.We are talking about a client who truly values ​​this and who sees his expectations exceeded by 97.9% when our Fersaluxe team carries out their work.It is a pleasure to have a line of business like this in our group.The truth is that there are many, but the most massive in Europe is celebrated in Spain.It was the visit of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI to Valencia in 2006 with the installation of 7,856 units, of which Fersa supplied more than 6,300 units, both directly and indirectly.But it is truly our loyal customers, who trust us every year, who make us great and whom we have the most to thank.The Fersa Group is currently present in many countries, but the Fersa Sanitarios and Fersaluxe line can be found in Morocco, Angola and the UAE (Dubai).We also have ongoing collaborations in Portugal and Panama.At the Fersa Group, the international market currently accounts for 64% of our turnover.It seems that this is finally becoming an important point for holding events and customers are realizing the importance of a good maintenance service.Of course, it is something that has always been basic for us and we have promoted the implementation of permanent maintenance teams in long-term events.At first we were told that it was an unnecessary extra cost, but there is no customer who, once they use it, does not repeat it.Without a doubt it is necessary in events of great duration or agglomeration of the public.Our legislation is very clear about it and it is also not at all lax in this aspect, the problem we have is in its application.If we take into account that the Administration is the first to bypass this compliance with regulations, it is difficult to ensure that its application is effective in most events.Until we change that awareness on the part of the Administration, neither will the private company be forced to comply with it.Although it seems strange now, construction has to once again have a considerable weight in our sector.
