Antilles’ new models are on their way

Phase 2 construction of Antilles’ Coach Homes has been progressing well.  The first release is under roof, and crews have been working long hours on all stages from individual lot development for new units to exterior and now interior construction.  The first of the new 4-unit Grand Coach Homes is on schedule for spring delivery.  New decorator models are also included in Phase 2 and will become available for viewing as construction and materials’ installation phases are completed.  Currently, the Grand Coach Home’s first floor Nevis model that debuted in Phase 1 is still available for accompanied viewing.  The Phase 2 version showcases the same floorplan, orientations, finishes and fittings in new design terms.  The completion date has not been set, but it will be delivered during 4th quarter, 2022.  Grand Coach Homes are priced from the upper $500,000’s.

The Nevis is a 3-Bedroom unit that includes an attached 2-car Garage and large, screened-in Lanai.  Measuring 9 by 28 feet wide, it spans the Great Room and offers wonderfully peaceful lake or preserve views for seamless indoor-outdoor living year round.  A recent visitor commented that once the wide expanse of the Grand Coach Home’s twin triple slider doors was opened and he stepped outside, he was interested, because that was when Antilles’ quiet, preserve-enclosed location and natural Florida beauty kicked in for him.  Sunshine and serenity are the community’s signature assets, with a side of Southern hospitality served all day long at its fabulous Flamingo Club amenity center.  Last week’s Seafood Boil, courtesy of Antilles’ own ‘Chef’ Tim, was another in a growing list of events for homeowners sponsored by JMD Development and the John R. Wood Properties’ Developer Resources’ sales team that is designed to engage and celebrate how good life can be when lived at Antilles.  As season progresses and residents become acquainted, the development is growing into a community.  It is a pretty place in a gorgeous part of the country.  Antilles offers enough style and substance to turn a unit there into a place to call home.

In addition to the Nevis’ outstanding Lanai views, it features a cook’s Kitchen with 2 long walls of solid wood cabinetry with soft close hinges, stainless steel appliances and a huge quartz-topped island that commands center stage views over the entire Great Room and outdoor living area.  Flanked by a shelf-lined Pantry on one side and a Storage Room larger than a walk-in closet on the other, the Nevis lives like a full time residence.  It also features a spacious Laundry Room with utility sink and wall to wall upper cabinetry and an even larger walk-around-in Master Closet.

Antilles’ Classic Coach Homes are also in Phase 2.  They are smaller 4-unit Coach Homes priced from the upper-$400,000’s and occupy a significant segment of the 54-acre community’s composition.  The new designer model currently being fitted out for its first floor Saba unit showcases a revised Classic Coach Home Kitchen layout that relocates Phase One’s Pantry to a side wall, significantly opening up its Great Room footprint without expanding the floorplan.  The Saba is a 3-Bedroom floorplan and includes 1,537 square feet under air.  It offers direct Garage access and all Classic Coach Homes include individual, single car Garages and screened-in Lanais.  Though the Phase 2 Saba model is still being decorated,      It can be viewed when accompanied by an on-site agent.

The somewhat smaller, upper floor Tobago Classic Coach Home is also a 3-Bedroom floorplan at 1,509 square feet.  It showcases higher ceilings and cove detailing in its peninsula style Kitchen, plus the relocated Pantry noted above.  Its top floor views in particular are wide open in all directions.  The Tobago echos the Saba floorplan and is arranged in a split Bedroom format, with the Master Suite located across the residence from the other Bedrooms.

Antilles’ Flamingo Club is located in the heart of the community.  It offers resort level amenities within its 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor appointments.  No memberships are required beyond Antilles’ low monthly fees to enjoy its gracious community gathering spaces, Fitness Center, Conference Room, Catering Kitchen and always-open Sonny’s Cafe and Coffee Bar.  The Homeowners’ Selections Center for new buyers to choose their home’s appointments will be converted to a Card or Exercise Room when development is complete.
