Forces from the Traffic Sectors of the Civil Guard of Aragon and Navarra, in collaboration with the French National Gendarmerie, will participate in a training session aimed at civilian motorcyclists, in order to teach them good driving practices and use of the roads, to develop in the towns of Oloron Sainte Marie (France) and Anglet (France), and then carry out a practical route by road.It will be next Sunday, May 15.The scheduled timetable is from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and the participation of some 72 civilian motorcyclists is expected, divided into two groups of 36. Once the theoretical part is finished, the first of them, from Oloron Sainte Marie and subdivided in turn into three groups, each accompanied by two gendarmes and two agents from the Traffic Subsector of Huesca, will head towards Spain towards Puerto de Marie Blanque, accessing through Puerto de Portalet.They will travel through the Tena Valley and the Aragón Valley, returning to Oloron through the Somport border crossing.The second group, in the same way and from the town of Anglet (France), will head towards Spain and return via Cambo les Bains or Espelette, accompanied on this route by gendarmes and agents from the Navarre Sector/Subsector.Both itineraries have a route of between 200 and 300 kilometers.During the course of the Olorón route, a break has been planned in the town of Biescas, in the Valle de Tena, and during it a basic post for both police forces will be established to show the participants the different equipment and materials of provision for service.The same activity, aimed at smaller groups of ten motorcyclists, shorter route and half-day duration with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., is scheduled to take place on May 22 and 29 in the towns of Pau, Oloron, Artix and Anglet, with the collaboration of two Civil Traffic Guards for each day and location.Diary of the journalist Rebeca Ruiz, born with the aim of reporting on Jaca and its region, faithfully and objectively reflecting everything that happens and interests its people.View all Jacetania Express postsEnter your email address to follow this journal and receive notifications of new posts in your email inbox.Email address
